The Indian Health Service (IHS), Division of Acquisition Policy and Office of Quality (OQ) Department intends to award a non-competitive, sole source to proposed contractor, DATIX (USA) Inc. Authority cited RFO 12.201-1 Restricting competition and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed contractor shall provide Agency-wide services for oneSOURCE Complete Subscription Services. The anticipated period of performance is a base period of one year from the date of award with four one-year option periods for OneSOURCE Complete service.
