Marine Corps Installation East (MCIEAST) Regional Contracting Office, Camp Lejeune, NC, hereby gives notice of their intent to award a firm fixed price purchase order to LeadsOnline, LLC (CAGE: 53GT4) on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.102(a), restricting competition. This procurement is to provide a web-based database service that allows criminal investigators to review local and national transaction histories, to include pawn shops, secondhand stores, scrap metal recycling, and eBay and other online marketplace content.
