Description
The 19th Communications Squadron (19 CS) at Little Rock Air Force Base (LRAFB) intends to award a sole-source contract to Blue Plains for an LTS Telephone Communications System upgrade and associated Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) services. If you believe your company can fulfill this requirement, you MUST demonstrate the legal authority and technical capability to provision these services utilizing the proprietary telecommunications infrastructure owned and controlled by BrightSpeed Communications at LRAFB, as Blue Plains is currently the exclusive authorized partner on this infrastructure.
