Intent to Sole Source - Pleasant Creek Rec Area Law Enforcement

The US Army Corps of Engineers intends to procure this requirement on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(l) as implemented by FAR 12.102(a), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, intends to enter into a Firm-Fixed-Price contrract with Bellevue Police Department. Services requested: Law enforcement services at Pleasant Creek Landing Recreation Area for the Mississippi River Project Office. Law enforcement services include personnel, equipment and supplies necessary to provide law enforcement to Pleasant Creek Recreation Area during peak Fiscal Year 2026 recreation season.
