Introduction This is a notice of intent, not a request for a quotation. A solicitation document will not be issued, and quotations will not be requested. Purpose The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis with the Information Technology Industry Council, Inc. located at 700 K ST NW STE 600, Washington, District of Columbia, 20001-5690. The purchase order will specifically procure membership with the International Committee for Information Technology Standards (INCITS) for the period of 12/01/2026 - 11/30/2027.
