Good afternoon, The Navy Region Southwest Qualified Recycling Program (QRP) is issuing an invitation to bid on the sale of Miscellaneous Non-Ferrous Scrap Metals located at Naval Base San Diego (San Diego, CA). This is a Government Sale. If interested, please open the attached forms for information and instructions on how to submit your bid. Bids must be sent to our office using the bid sheet form provided with this email. Bid sheet must be sent in ink or typed, clearly legible, and signed by the person sending the bid.
