Description
Amendment Two (2) The Request for Quotation (RFQ) is hereby amended to incorporate FAR 52.219-33, Nonmanufacturer Rule, in full text. The Government is concurrently pursuing a waiver of the Nonmanufacturer Rule for this requirement. As of the date of this amendment, a waiver has not been granted. If a waiver of the Nonmanufacturer Rule is granted prior to award, the Government will amend the solicitation accordingly and notify all offerors of the change.
