PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Research and Development (ORD); Center for Computational Toxicology & Exposure (CCTE); Great Lakes Toxicology and Ecology Division (GLTED) require drydocking, inspection and repairs of EPA Research Vessel R/V LAKE EXPLORER II.
