NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Missouri Basin Regional Office (MBRO) intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Flatwater Fleet of Saginaw, Minnesota. Flatwater Fleet will be designing, fabricating, painting and installing a potable flatbed water tank assembly compatible with the Government-furnished carrier, including appurtenances, lighting, toolboxes, headache rack, mounting hardware for the support of drilling site operations, on-site dust suppression and general water transport for drilling activities within the Missouri Basin Region.
