Notice of Intent to Sole Source for a proprietary service contract agreement for the NETL-owned Oxford Instruments GeoSpec 12/53 NMR Rock Core Analyzer. Period of Performance 04/01/2026 03/31/2027 In accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, the Department of Energy (DOE), National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Oxford Instruments for the service contract agreement for the NETL-owned Oxford Instruments GeoSpec 12/53 NMR Rock Core Analyzer because Oxford Instruments is the official and sole vendor available for supplies, accessories, and parts required to service and/or upgrade the GeoSpec 12/53 NMR Rock Core Analzyer.
