Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs,Veterans Health Administration (VHA)Contracting Office Intends to issue a Sole Source Award to Small Business Phigenics to provide Repair and Maintenance Service for a Phigenics Water Monitoring System at the Bedford VA Medical Center. The intent of this procurement is to award based on a Sole Source requirement. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures as authorized by FAR13-501(a). This notice is neither a request for quote nor a solicitation of offers. All responsible sources may submit a capabilities statement for possible consideration in future procurements by the government.
