NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source contract with Steris, 5960 Heisley Road, Mentor, OH 44060 for Preventative Maintenance on Steris equipment located at the Garner VA Clinic/Durham VAMC located in Garner, NC. The proposed procurement is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) soliciting from a single source. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) for this requirement is NAICS 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance/$34 million.
