Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC), intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Isensix, Inc., under the statutory authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106 3(b)(3)(i). The Government has determined that only one responsible source is capable of meeting agency requirements and that no other supplies or services will satisfy these needs. The Contractor shall provide all labor, hardware, software, maintenance, and technical support necessary to sustain the Isensix Guardian Advanced Remote Monitoring Systems installed at the following VA Medical Centers: Clement J.
