NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, intends to issue a Firm Fixed Priced contract under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul 12.102 (a). Award is anticipated to occur on or about October 12, 2026.
