Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst intends to negotiate and make an award on a sole-source basis with The Boeing Company, CAGE: 22819, for a Fixed-Price contract. This procurement is to acquire various pieces of Support Equipment (see attachment) in support of the Japan E-2D Program. These items are used to repair and maintain the E-2D's T56-427A Engine. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements for this action.
