Complete the fiber optic communication path that is needed for the Johathan Dickinson Missile Tracking Annex (JDMTA) Microwave Communication System replacement project.The purpose of this effort is to complete a fiber optic path, an approximate 1 1/2 mile distance, to the fence line at JDMTA.
