Description
This Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is prepared in accordance with 41 U.S.C.253(c)(2) and FAR 6.103-2 to support a contract modification to extend the current contracts period of performance. GSA plans to undertake sole source action under the authority of 41 U.S.C.253(c)(2) by extending the PoP of the existing contract 47QFDA24P0001 with the current end date of September 2, 2025. This contract extension is for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), to ensure continued commercial IT Support Services for the Grants Evaluation and Management System (GEMS).
