Description The National Assessment Governing Board (NAGB, Governing Board) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO) pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) that there is only one responsible source that shall satisfy agency requirements. The membership of the Council of Chief State School Officers provides unique state perspectives on education matters, which is essential for informing the work of the Governing Board.
