The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Joint Base Lewis -McChord (JBLM), Washington anticipates issuing a solicitation for services necessary to provide commercial recycle collection, transportation, and management. The purpose and scope of this indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract is to provide all personnel, equipment, containers, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform recycle collection services at JBLM. The Directorate of Public Works supports multiple customers in numerous locations across JBLM. The contractor shall perform the required services required throughout
