Description
This is a special notice of a sole source 8(a) direct award to Chenega Systems for a Enterprise Cybersecurity Services bridge contract. This procurement is conducted in accordance with FAR FAR 6.302-5(b)(4), Authorized or Required by Statute as well as FAR6.302-2(a)(2). The action as an 8(a) direct award is permitted in accordance with FAR 19.805-1(b)(2). Please see attached JOTFOC for additional details regarding the justification and approval.
