Description
Approval is requested to negotiate and award a sole source utility service contract with Fallbrook Public Utility District (FPUD) to provide potable water and wastewater utility services to Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach Detachment Fallbrook (NWSSBDF), which is located within the NAVFAC SW Area of Responsibility. This is a firm-fixed price contract for a term of ten years. This contract will be funded with Operations and Maintenance funds of the appropriate year.
