Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity for Strategic Weapons Facility (SWFPAC) at NAVFAC NW

This justification provides for a $1,151,080.85 modification to a previously awarded task order under a Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC). The purpose of this modification is to replace an existing, damaged water line that was found to be out of scope in the current task order.
