Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has awarded a sole-source Firm-Fixed-Price contract to the Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc. (HJF), 6720-A Rockledge Drive, Bethesda, MD 20817, for Chronic Kidney Disease Epidemiology in the Military Health System. The contract provides continued support for CDCs Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) surveillance and epidemiology activities through access to and analysis of Military Health System (MHS) data. The contractor will support establishment and maintenance of an analytical database used to assess the epidemiology of CKD diagnosis, treatment, complications, and outcomes within the MHS.
