Description
The purpose of this action is to increase the ceiling value of the Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) County of Grand Forks (Grand Forks) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract by $102,873,404.11 from $19,106,677.33 to $121,979,717.44 to accommodate a growth in projects. WHS/AD awarded the UAS/Grand Forks IDIQ contract HQ003424D0009 on a sole-source basis to Grand Forks under the Justification and Approval (J&A) #WHS-2024-533. Grand Forks manages the Northern Plains Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Test Site in North Dakota, which will allow for Research, Development, Test and Evaluation funds to support the planning, resourcing, and execution of simulated and live UAS events conducted to accomplish specific tasks assigned by OUSD(A&S) PWPM / SW.
