Description
A single source purchase is justified based on Posts experience with these items ensuring appropriate quality/durability, cost effectiveness based on research of similar items available on the local market, and to ensure consistence of Posts inventory as older model outdoor furniture is phased out of the FAP program. Consistency is necessary for FAP to ensure equity across residences and allow for more efficient inventory management within the warehouse.
