Justification For Other Than Full and Open Competition

DeCA has a requirement for the supply of fresh fruits and vegetables (FF&V) to several Military Bases in the Republic of South Korea. All items delivered to or sold by the commissary shall be produced, processed and prepared in accordance with the highest commercial standard practices, and shall be of equal or better quality than those products the contractor offers for resale in Korea outlets and shall be produced in an approved production facility. The anticipated period of performance is a 12-month base period from August 24, 2025 through August 23, 2026, with four 12-month option periods.
