Justification for Tools Needed for the Northeast Interagency Fire Cache

USDA Forest Service, Superior National Forest, Northeast Interagency Incident Support Cache Purchase of 2 (two) Waterax brand Watson Edition Pump Kits consisting of two separate kits for pump end and engine side tool kits for refurbishment and repair of Watson Edition high pressure pumps entering into inventory within the national cache system. The statutory authority permitting limited sources for this requirement is FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B). Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized.
