The purpose of this notice is to post the Justification for the exercise of the clause at FAR 52.217-8 under Contract Number W50S8625PA002. This clause was included in the original solicitation and contract, but pricing for the clause was not initially evaluated. Justificaiton for its use is required IAW AFARS 5117.206.
