Description
This justification supports the extension of contract number: 36C26226D0032 for continued Teleradiology Services in support of New Mexico VA Health Care System (NMVAHCS). The extension will allow uninterrupted performance of critical requirements while the Government completes acquisition activities for a follow-on contract. This action is being conducted pursuant to Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. In accordance with RFO 12.102, Restricting Competition for the acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services requires justification using the format as described in RFO 6.104-1.
