Statement of Work K9 Transport System Installation 1.0 PROJECT TITLE K-9 Transport Vehicle Custom Fabrication and Electronics Upfitting for Government-Furnished 2025 Ford Expedition (VIN: 1FMJU1G81SEA37022). 2.0 BACKGROUND Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC) requires a fully integrated, safe, and secure canine transport vehicle to support military working dog (MWD) operations.
