Description
This action was awarded as an 8(a) Sole Source Set-Aside under the authority of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. The contractor shall furnish all labor, management, facilities, supplies, and equipment to re-key all locks in accordance with the master key plan for all deadbolt locks, door handle locks and shackled padlocks. The Contractor shall provide keys in accordance with master key plan, install specified mechanical combination locksets on designated recreation facility entry doors, and, as necessary, remove and replace excessively worn lock cylinders. The Contractor shall test all locks after installation and during the acceptance inspection.
