Description
The Government appreciates the industry reponses received from the RFI posted in Sep-Oct 2025 and wants to provide the below update that was also recently shared at SSC Space Industry Days. KOSMOSS is not a follow-on effort or recompete. It will provide a new model of support to enable sustainment, maintenance and modernization for current and future Space Domain Awareness (SDA) integrated mission systems owned by Combat Forces Command (CFC)s MD2. The stand-up of integrated Mission Deltas highlights the need to modernize and integrate systems that address Kill Webs and support SDA across the operational spectrum.
