NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE/SOLE SOURCE The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award a single source, firm fixed price contract as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to the University of California at San Diego (UCSD) for the purchase of a one-year (twelve-month) service for Seawater Services. The purpose of this service is to provide NOAAs Southwest Fisheries Science Center La Jolla Laboratory with a continuous flow of seawater. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for the requirement.
