Synopsis Land Based Air Conditioner The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst intends to issue an award on a non-competitive basis to HDT Global (Cage 92878) for the Manufacture, Assembly, and Production of a quantity of one (1) Land Based Air Conditioner, Part Number: 197K2000-100, NSN: 4120-01-598-3712 for the E-2D Aircraft. This is a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Procurement for the Japan Air Self Defense Force (JASDF), E-2D Program under Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case JA-P-CVT.
