Description
The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS), Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System (JPATS) intends to negotiate and award under the authority of RFO Part 6 to Lafayette Airport Commission, 200 Terminal Dr. | Suite 200, Lafayette, LA 70508-2159 for three (3) JPATS owned Boeing B737 series aircraft. Based on market research conducted and contacts made with knowledgeable individuals within the Government and related industry, it has been determined that this requirement can only be met through Lafayette Airport Commission. Lafayette Airport Commission is the only source reasonably available and has the unique capabilities that satisfy the agency. The period of performance will be from October 1, 2026 September 30, 2027. This requirement will be solicited in accordance with the authority of RF
