Fort Bliss, El Paso The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Bliss is issuing this source sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for Laundry and Dry Cleaning Service. The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis. This is NOT a personal services contract, and the Government shall neither supervise Contractor employees nor control the method by which the Contractor performs the required tasks. Under no circumstances shall the Government assign tasks to, or prepare work schedules for, individual Contractor employees.
