To ensure full operational capability, maximum accuracy, and compatibility with existing law enforcement and military police vehicle fleets, this solicitation requires the Ka-Band, dual-antenna, direction-sensing moving/stationary Doppler radar system. It must include simultaneous dual-zone tracking, digital antenna communication to eliminate RFI, and standard mounting hardware.
