LE-MA900FP System Maintenance Service Agreement for Period 07/19/2026 through 07/18/2027

Requirements The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to maintain and provide preventive maintenance for one government-owned Sony LE MA900/0714076 for sorting cancer patients' cells used for ongoing clinical trial research. All maintenance services should be performed on-site in accordance with the manufacturers standard commercial maintenance practices. PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE The Contractor shall perform 3 planned preventive maintenance during the contract period. Technically qualified factory-trained personnel shall perform Service. Service shall consist of thorough cleaning, calibration, adjusting, inspection, and testing of all equipment in accordance with the manufacturers latest established service procedures. All equipment shall be operationally tes
