Lease & Installation of Heating, Ventilation and Air conditioning (HVAC) Equipment to Support Military Working Dog (MWD) Kennels

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA301626R0038 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP), for a "turnkey" solution to provide climate control for six Military Working Dog (MWD) kennels at JBSA-Lackland. The contractor is responsible for leasing, installing, operating, and maintaining a temporary HVAC system to ensure the kennels are kept within a temperature range of 4585F.
