Lease of iSED Elite and miniiSED Anlayzers and Testing Equipment/Supplies and Services for the Albuquerque Area IHS

The Albuquerque Area Laboratory Programs would like to contract with ALCOR for continued lease of iSED Elite and miniiSED analyzers. Leased contract will include testing equipment, consumables/supplies, and maintenance/PM services. Contract request is not for new analyzers or equipment. Contract price must include equipment, consumables, annual services, and freight charges. Contract will be to lease analyzers for one (1) year. Contract will be a firm fixed priced contract in the amount of $58,875.00. This justification for other than full and open competition is conducted pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(2), as implemented by RFO - FAR 6.103-2, "Unusual and Compelling Urgency." This acquisition is conducted in accordance with RFO - FAR Part 12 procedures applicable to acquisitions below $9 m
