Description
This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 5.101 requiring dissemination of information for proposed contract actions. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source service order and is NOT a request for competitive quotes/proposals. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is prescribed by FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The US Embassy in Lima intends to award a Single Source service order to Acota Corp. This contract is for maintenance and repair of concrete curbs at one of the US governement owned residences. The US Embassy in Lima will use Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition. The authority for soliciting a single source under simplified acquisition procedures is FAR Subpart 13.
