Description
Purpose This notice complies with the posting requirements of FAR Part 5 and FAR Subpart 6.301. Restricted Competition Competition for this requirement was restricted based on urgent need, in accordance with FAR 12.102(a). The Embassy's mattress and box-spring inventory was destroyed as a result of the warhouse fire associated with the recent drone attack, creating an immediate requirement to replenish bedding stock for residential make-ready and turnover operations. Restricting the acquisition to a source capable of meeting these urgent conditions ensures the Embassy can meet its residential turnover schedule without delay.
