LM Owego Price Pending Add

This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for additions to price pending subsumable long-term contract SPE4AX-25-D-P003. It is anticipated that 9 NSNs will be included in this add population. The proposed action is intended to be awarded on a sole source basis as supported by a J&A in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The NSNs to be included on this effort are sole sourced to Lockheed Martin Corporation. Please see the attached list of NSNs that have been identified for this procurement action. If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately.
