Description
Army Sustainment Command (ASC) requested a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) task order under Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) V multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract W52P1J-19-D-0044 with KBR Services, LLC (KBR). Under this action, KBR will fulfill an urgent requirement to provide comprehensive Base Life Support (BLS) and sustainment services at two Fort Bliss, Texas (FBTX) sites, Dona Ana Base Camp (DABC) and Camp Westbrook, New Mexico. KBR is the regionally aligned contractor for USNORTHCOM and is the only LOGCAP V contractor currently providing LOGCAP support in the USNORTHCOM area of responsibility. As such, the services described above supporting BLS and sustainment services at FBTX will be awarded to KBR on a sole source basis due to ASCs urgen
