Description
Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD, issued a sole source modification, P00028, to delivery order N00019-22-F-0010 under basic ordering agreement N00019-19-G-0011 to Lockheed Martin Corporation - Missiles Fire Control (LMMFC), Orlando, FL, in support of the Long Range Anti-Ship Missile (LRASM) AGM-158C-3 development and integration. The delivery order and subsequent modification was awarded on a sole source basis under the statutory authority at 10 U.S.C. 3204 (a)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquistion Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements.
