Description
The rationale for limiting sources is due to the uniqueness in nature of the Luke AFB Air Show preparations, necessitating a streamlined procurement process . The aforementioned air acts are unique to Commemorative Air Force/Tora Tora Tora who have eight (8) replica Japanese aircraft composed of Zero fighters, Kate torpedo bombers, and Val dive bombers, realistic simulation by detonating ground-based pyrotechnics, and historical narration.
