The work performed under this contract will consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to renovate mechanical systems, replace two existing chillers and electrical switch gear, replace plumbing fixtures, acid clean restrooms, modernize elevator and replace CRAC units at Stennis Hall at Keesler AFB, MS as specified in the Statement of Work, Specifications, and as shown in the drawings. This acquisition will be conducted as a Total Small Business set aside, utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Procedures. Interested certified small businesses may submit a proposal.
