Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services. The Contract Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center (FLC), Regional Directorate intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for mail routing services utilizing the procedures under the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 19.107 Women-Owned Small Business Program. The required services are to perform Navy mail routing services in the NAVSUP HQ, Postal Support Branch, Mechanicsburg, PA. Personnel will be required to perform as Mail Routers for Navy mobile units and shore installations. NAVSUP receives Mail Routing Instructions (MRIs) from Navy units and determines the transportation / distribution of mail to consolidation and delivery points throughout the Continental United Stat
