Regular Inspection, Maintenance, and Testing of Electrical Equipment in the Medium-Voltage (MV) and Low-Voltage (LV) Network. Critical Estimation and Execution Instructions for Bidders: Execution Outside of Regular Business Hours: To prevent any disruption to diplomatic day-to-day operations, all power shutdowns, switchovers, core maintenance tasks, and functional testing must strictly be performed outside of the Consulates regular business hours (e.g., nights after 18:00, weekends, or public holidays). Exception: Purely visual inspections of outdoor installations may be performed during the day, subject to prior coordination with the Security Department.
