W912PM25BA003 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District requires a contract to provide annual maintenance dredging of the Cape Fear River for commercial ship traffic to the Wilmington Port. Maintenance Dredging, Wilmington Harbor Inner Ocean Bar, Brunswick County, North Carolina. The work consists of maintenance dredging of the Wilmington Harbor Inner Ocean Bar, Brunswick County, North Carolina. The maintenance dredging will require removal and disposal of shoaled material that has accumulated in the channels since they were last dredged. An Ocean Certified Dredge is required. The Government furnished disposal area is Oak Island. The dredging depth is 44 plus 2 of allowable over depth for Channels to be determined at a future date.
